A small, well-established company is looking for an experienced manager who can plan and ensure rational execution of high-quality production.
The department consists of eight experienced employees who will both produce and install "all-in-one solutions" for lifting and transporting goods and personnel - both for the private and public markets.
You need to take responsibility for:
- Overall management of employees and production, including
- Budget responsibility
- Production planning and coordination
- Process management and quality assurance
- Occupational health and safety
- Purchasing, negotiation and inventory management
Your background can be:
- Electrical engineering, electromechanical engineering, mechanical engineering, mechanical design or similar
- Extensive experience in production and machine manufacturing
- Experience with AUTOCAD and drawing reading is an advantage
You are:
- Structured, goal-oriented and conscientious
- Process-oriented, quality-conscious and punctual
- Engaged, motivating, clear in your leadership
- Used to taking responsibility, problem-solving and not afraid of conflict
