When you have ordered temporary staff from Procur, we have ensured that the professional prerequisites are in place. We select candidates who have experience with tasks that are as similar as possible to the one you need solved. This way, we ensure that there is a common framework of understanding in the workplace.
Every once in a while, there may be practical challenges that require a little more than technical skills. An employee who is away from home for long periods of time may need a mechanic, dentist, a quick trip home to see family or other practical things. Don't let that stop you. We take care of the practicalities so you can take care of your own business.

We speak the language of temporary workers. And we make sure that a temporary assignment is safe and simple. Both for you as a customer and for our temps.
Kasia is our Polish and English-speaking coordinator based in our Odense office. She helps the temps with contractual issues, travel activities, moving in and out of their leases, ordering social security numbers, tax cards, health cards, car rentals, etc. And should an accident occur and a temporary worker needs medical attention or anything else, we will of course help them safely through the system.
Our working language is English. However, we are happy to help in the temp's own language if necessary.
