We provide both Danish and international temps. As a rule, our international temps do not speak Danish, but can communicate in English or German. We assess the temporary workers' skills based on a general language test, and of course we always make sure to choose temporary workers who have both the skills and experience to know how to solve the tasks they are hired for.

We can. No matter where in the country you need workers, we can help. We make sure to recruit temporary workers in the local area or locate our temps near the workplace, saving you transportation costs and avoiding out-of-pocket expenses. 

No, it is not. We follow the Danish Temporary Workers Act, which means that temporary workers must be paid the same salary as other employees doing the same work. On the other hand, a temp is always a more flexible solution that you can use when you need extra manpower for a period of time. 

Hiring a temp agency that doesn't know the rules and regulations can be expensive. Or one that cuts corners. This can result in fines and back-payments of salary and allowances. We can, and we have a proven track record of doing so. The CNC operators and industrial technicians we select are experienced employees with the right qualifications and experience. We relate to your products, your machines and your production flow, so you get people who can get the job done right away. 

Painters and fillers are in high demand, and we often supply temporary workers within the painting industry. We always make sure to find experienced and flexible workers, so you have temporary workers who can do the jobs you need. 

We employ many blacksmiths and welders and can supply temporary workers with the right qualifications and experience. We recruit blacksmith and welder temps from both Denmark and abroad, ensuring each time that they have the right qualifications to solve the tasks you need.

In short: It can be very expensive. Sometimes it costs a customer if your job is completed late. In our experience, it pays to hire temporary workers well in advance. We encourage you to contact us as soon as you think you might have a need. That way, we can ensure you have the necessary manpower in time.

Our temps come from Poland, Lithuania, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria and the Czech Republic, but they generally speak English, so language is not a barrier. Neither between you and the temp, nor between the temp and other employees. In addition, we always make sure that our temps have experience with tasks similar to the ones they'll be doing for you.

First, we work with you to create a description of your company, the task you need solved and the requirements you have for the workforce you need. Then we create a competency profile, which is sent to our recruitment consultants, who then take care of advertising, conducting interviews and preparing profile descriptions. The most suitable candidates are then selected and hired as temporary workers on Danish terms. Some clients want to review profile descriptions first, while others leave the selection to us.

The temporary worker may work 50 or more hours per week, as long as the average weekly working hours do not exceed 48 hours over a 4-month period.

If you don't have a collective agreement and your own employees don't receive overtime pay, the temp shouldn't either.

Yes, the temp is allowed to do so. As long as there are 11 hours between the end of the shift and the time the temp is allowed to return to work.

If the temp doesn't live up to the contract, we will of course offer to replace them - at no additional cost to you. You decide whether the temp should be sent home from work immediately or whether the temp should continue working until we find a replacement. 

If you need to terminate a temporary worker, simply contact us. We'll take care of the temp and take care of termination, payment and other practical matters. You must always be paid for the hours the temp has worked. And always for at least 4 hours of work.

No, we take care of all the practicalities of the temporary worker - from travel assistance, accommodation, ordering tax cards, payroll and so on. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions about practicalities - or any other help while using our temps.
